XR Plus Directed Electronics recently made a significant performance upgrade to the RF receiver section of many of our award-winning security and remote start systems. The new XR+ Extreme Range superheterodyne receiver has an improved sensitivity specification of between 3 dB and 6 DB, which equates to a measurable range increase on the order of 15 percent. It also offers improved image rejection for certain types of RF interference, resulting in improved reliability.

Love this product, have had it for 2 years and still works like new. Never had a range problem and I don't think I will. It starts my car every time with no hesitation. Thank you VIPER for a great product. P.S I just wish I had bought the security system with it.

I have 3 vehicles (one is a convertible) and all have customized Viper alarms installed. I have to say that it is a very robust system. Never stopped working and always performed as expected. Easy to connect and install new sensors and modules to upgrade security. Can't think of a better system and will definately keep installing it on my future rides. I wish they made a Viper system for sport bikes!
