IMPORTANT NOTE:  It is almost certain you will need to use one of your "chipped" keys to complete your remote start installation using this module.  Consequently, you will need  TWO (2) chipped keys at the time of installation - One to be incorporated with this device, and the other for running your car.  If you don't have a second chipped key besides the one with which you drive your car, you will need to obtain one prior to installing your remote start unit.  Therefore, you might want to check the application guide to see if there is an "XK" model avail for your vehicle.  Although the XK units cost about $20 more, duplicating chipped keys usually runs between $70 & $100
