You will receive a quality VIPER unit, a professional installation and you will be protected both by VIPER'S Lifetime Warranty on the main control unit and by Viper's Guaranteed Protection Plan, the full details of which will be provided in your owner's documents. Failure to make an appointment within the prescribed time, or failure to keep such an appointment shall constitute your foreiture of your "included installation". A missed appointment or an appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled for a $25 fee. | 211HV is a great addition for older vehicles with factory alarm system but no keyless entry. The system has outputs that arm and disarm the factory alarm when locking or unlocking, allowing for complete integration with the vehicle. The on board relays for lock/unlock and light flash are icing on the cake with this system. I immediately purchased a second system for my other vehicle. Awesome product Viper! Keep this system in your lineup, because none of you competitors offer both the arm and disarm outputs. Two thumbs up! |

| I have had this on my 1995 mustang gt for a couple years now and its the only alarm that hasnt crapped out! I think the product is great i always feel confident parking my car, plus i receive a nice $40 credit on my insurance every year because of the alarm, so in time it will pay for itself! |
